State Senate Bill 187 would require Carbon Monoxide Detectors in all homes sold after July 1st! Not just new homes, but any home sold. REAL ESTATE STATS
Total properties closed in January dropped 15.6%. The average sales price went down by 3.6% again due largely to the foreclosed properties. Million dollar properties sales in units were up 2.2%. Listing inventory is up only slightly by six tenths of a percent.
