January 2008 Real Estate Statistics for Northern Colorado

REAL ESTATE STATS
Total properties closed in January dropped 15.6%.  The average sales price went down by 3.6% again due largely to the foreclosed properties.  Million dollar properties sales in units were up 2.2%.  Listing inventory is up only slightly by six tenths of a percent.

Denver Market Specifics: A Video Report on Foreclosures in the Colorado Real Estate Market by CNNMoney
