REAL ESTATE STATS
Total properties closed in January dropped 15.6%. The average sales price went down by 3.6% again due largely to the foreclosed properties. Million dollar properties sales in units were up 2.2%. Listing inventory is up only slightly by six tenths of a percent.

The tag-line caught my eye: Rocky Mountain Foreclosures. The report is sobering to be sure. The link below the video was entriging as well: 100 Worst Hit Zip Codes.
